Frozen Sour Candied Grapes

Discover a guilt-free indulgence with these frozen sour candied grapes, providing a tantalizingly sweet treat that satisfies cravings while offering a more nutritious alternative to traditional candy.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups seedless red or green grapes
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • granulated sugar
  • Citric Acid (optional)

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry seedless grapes and place in a large bowl. Toss in lime juice
  2. Place granulated sugar on a plate and roll each grape individually until coated. Optional: Blend more citric acid in sugar if you are looking for more sour flavor.
  3. On a lined baking sheet with parchment paper, place coated grapes spaced apart and place in freezer until frozen.
  4. Once frozen, grapes can be moved into a separate container and stored in the fridge for up to one month.
